Do you have a complaint?
- If you have a complaint about our products or service, we would like to hear from you and we will do our best to resolve it.
- You can send an email to info@hollandskaartje describing your complaint and including your details such as your name, address, email address, any invoice number of your order and, if applicable, a photo.
- We will send you a confirmation of receipt within 2 working days. Within 5 working days after receiving your email, we will give a substantive response to your complaint.
