Do you have all the postcards in stock?

- Yes, we have all the postcards we offer in stock. If a card is temporarily (still) out of stock, we will clearly state this in the text of the card(set) in question.

Can I get a discount if I order multiple postcards at the same time?

- Our standard price for a postcard is €0.65. For various postcards we apply discounts if multiple of the same card are ordered. The discounts we apply are for example 5 + 1 free or a set of the same type of card where the unit price per card is lower than €0.65. We also offer a number of postcards at a lower price as a (temporary) offer.

Do you also sell cards with minor defects?

- Yes, sometimes we offer cards with minor defects for a very competitive price. This is always clearly stated with the product. The cards that fall under this category have a small deviation from the original and are therefore competitively priced. The cards are always in a condition that they can be used perfectly well to send to third parties.

Will the watermark be on the cards I order?

- No, the watermark that appears on the images on the website will not be visible on the postcards you order.

How do you get the photos used for the postcards?

- The photos we use for the postcards are made by various photographers and made available to Hollandskaartje.nl. They are proud that their photo is used for postcards in this webshop.

Do you also sell cards without pictures?

- Yes, we also sell cards that do not have photos on them. As an example, two cards that were specially designed for us with the logo of Hollandskaartje.nl incorporated. These cards are very suitable for Postcrossing because of the added text 'Happy Postcrossing' and 'Greetings from Holland'. We have also designed cards with typical Dutch images using AI. Because AI has become indispensable in today's society, we thought it would be fun to offer this in our range as well.

How will my order be shipped?

- Smaller orders are sent in a bubble envelope. Larger orders are sent in a small box that usually fits through the letterbox. The cards will be extra well packed in a small plastic bag to prevent them from getting wet in a possible heavy rain shower.

Which delivery service do you use to send orders?

- We ship all our packages via PostNL.

How much are the shipping costs?

- For orders up to €35.00 the shipping costs are €3.75 including VAT. For orders over €35.00 we do not charge shipping costs.

How can I pay you?

- You can pay via IDEAL, PayPal and via your own bank transfer.

Can I place an order with you if I don't live in the Netherlands?

- Yes, we send our cards to a large number of countries, both inside and outside Europe. If the country of your choice is not listed, please let us know. We will see if we can add your country or what else is a possibility.

When can I expect my order?

- As soon as we have received your payment, we will process and ship your order as soon as possible. The order will be shipped the same business day or at the latest the day after.

What happens to my personal data that I enter?

- Your data will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them, namely for sending your order. We assure you that your data will not be sold to third parties or used in any other way.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

- It can always happen that you are not satisfied with your order. You can return your order to us within 14 days after receipt. For the conditions for returns, we would like to refer you to this page for more information about this.

If I sign up for your newsletter, how often will I receive it?

- We will send a newsletter once or twice a month to the people who have registered for this via our website. In this newsletter we will keep you informed of the newest cards that have been added to the assortment and there will occasionally be a discount code to be able to purchase cards even more cheaply via our webshop.
