Returns

Do you want to return a product?

- If you are not satisfied, you can return your product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. You do not have to give a reason for the return. If the product reaches us in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price of your product(s) excluding shipping costs and after inspection, within 30 days of receipt.

- If you wish to return one or more products, please proceed as follows:

* You send us an email (info@hollandskaartje.nl) with your name, address and email address, invoice number, account number, what you want to return and a possible reason for return. If the product arrived damaged, we would like to receive a photo of this. We will give you the address where you can send the package to.

- You will only receive the purchase amount back if you send the product to us in its original condition. By this we mean that the product is undamaged and in the same condition as when we sent it to you. If possible also in the same packaging in which we sent it to you.

- The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If it turns out that we have sent you the wrong product, we will reimburse the shipping costs for the return shipment.
